Douglas Stewart (Producer/Director/Orals Coach/Facilitator)
Douglas Stewart is a highly passionate executive with 40 years of corporate and performing arts management experience. He has expertise in guiding, training, and leading major organizations to the achievement of their overall vision, personal development, marketing/communication goals, and financial success. Since 1994, Douglas has led Top 100 Federal Government Contractors in awards totaling in excess of $38 billion dollars spanning over 200 federal/state/local government proposals and more than 2000 presenters. He was awarded the Silver Medallion of Excellence from General Duncan McNabb as Producer for high level marketing/promotional DVD for USTRANSCOM’s Agile Transportation for the 21st Century (AT21) effort in 2011. In 2006, his company was selected as Small Business Provider of the Year by Lockheed Martin ST&S/Orlando. Douglas was the Lead Facilitator for a high level “Art of the Possible” Objective Force Warrior Technology Conference for DOE/US Army at Oak Ridge National Labs in 2001. He continues to provide highly successful presentation skills training, personal coaching, FEDSIM technical video production/direction, and consulting support to IT professionals, corporate executives, and senior management from the Washington Top 200 federal contracting community. Since 1994, Mr. Stewart has lead and facilitated high performance teams numbering 5 to 125 participants for major proposals, workshops, and technology conferences. Douglas continues to keep his foot in the entertainment business as a producer and director for theater and government video productions. He has taught theater, television and film for over 40 years. He is a member of SAG-AFTRA) and AEA, the professional unions for film, television, radio, and stage.

Shannon Whitehead (Creative Director/Multimedia Specialist)
Mr. Whitehead (Creative Director) has over 35 years experience in the creative industry producing design graphics, proposal graphics, trade show graphics and award winning web site designs. Mr. Whitehead’s experience and understanding of the industry offers several resources in one. From technical illustrations to oral presentation graphics for a wide variety of clientele, Mr. Whitehead is a key resource for your winning team. From UX design research, UI design, information architecture, Ecommerce, and prototyping, to mobile application design, Mr. Whitehead is more than your traditional researcher/designer/developer. His award winning creative designs have been used in commercial and government applications and have been used at the Pentagon, Fortune 500 companies and mainstream media such as CNN and MSN. Mr. Whitehead consults with clients to establish intended goals, discuss the user experience, technology platform, content development, wireframes, creative design, and project management.
Mr. Whitehead holds a DOE Q Clearance, and a DOD Top Secret Clearance.

Dwight Adair (Director/Writer/Producer)
Dwight Adair’s directing and writing work for Stewart Presentations includes a marketing video for General Duncan McNabb at USTRANSCOM, called AT21: Partners in a Journey of Transformation, which was contracted through Unisys Corporation and viewed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was contracted by Lockheed Martin to develop a script for the Secure Border Initiative Network (SBI Net) as well as direct a recent video project for LM IS&GS Civil.
As a Director, Dwight has over a dozen hours of prime time television including episodes of Dallas and Dynasty. He produced the NBC movie of the week She Fought Alone. He was the key note speaker in China as part of a diplomatic delegation of motion picture professionals called “Legends of China”. Mr. Adair just completed a documentary on West Texas musical legend Tommy Hancock of Lubbock, Texas, entitled West Texas Muse.
Mr. Adair was president of Granite House Inc., a successful production company headquartered in Austin 1994-2004. While there Mr. Adair produced the HGTV series “Dream House,” a thirteen episode documentary series that aired through January, 2002. Mr. Adair produced a documentary on Bob Wills entitled "Faded Love" that was screened at SXSW in 2005. He produced and directed a large HD video educational library for St. Jude Medical.
Mr. Adair is a graduate of the nationally acclaimed Leadership Austin program, has been on several Boards of Directors including the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and is a director in good standing in the Directors Guild of America (DGA).
